Really worry that this is possibly the case of closing the barn door after the horses-cows-sheep have bolted. I understand that no system is perfect. The fact remains that the mushrooming of medical colleges locally and accreditation of medical colleges abroad was done haphazardly and often with (dare I say it?) incomplete due diligence. We are now faced with the training issues, logistic issues and medicolegal issue of this legacy.
